Dairy Management Inc.’s (DMI) Global Innovation Partnership Team and our researcher, Sonia Patel, in her role as applications lab scientist within the Midwest Dairy Food Research Center (MDFRC) worked together to develop a first-of-its-kind, shelf-stable, dairy-based creamer for Taco Bell.
