Gift boxes featuring items made in our Pilot Plant and in the Meat Lab are now available for purchase, just in time for the holidays.

The PPIC, housed within the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Minnesota, will be the first center of its kind in the nation to bring together interdisciplinary researchers and industry partners to produce and study nutritious and functional plant protein ingredients for various food applications.
