Recruiting New Faculty

Announcement: The Department of Food Science and Nutrition at UMN-TC has recently received approval, in accordance with our strategic hiring plan, to begin recruiting for four new faculty positions. We are seeking exceptional professionals who share our passion for the Department’s preeminent goal: the advancement of food systems, health, and society for 2050.

Outstanding scientists with expertise in the following areas are encouraged to apply: 

  1. Nutrition of Diverse Communities
  2. Analytical and Food Chemistry
  3. Clinical Nutrition (or Medical Nutrition Therapy)
  4. Dairy Separation and Fractionation Research
