Our Pilot Plant staff Ray Miller and Mitchell Maher consistently blow us away with the incredible cheeses they create! At this year’s Minnesota State Fair, two of their delectable cheeses placed highly in the Upper Midwest Dairy Association (UMDIA) Competition. The Baiser de Neige (camembert) placed 3rd and the Mayan Cocoa Rubbed Fontina placed 5th in the Artisan Cheese category.
