Biography

I’m a PhD candidate in Food Science in the Bowden lab, where I work on pathogen detection methods using bacteriophage-coupled magnetic beads to make food safer. My academic journey weaves together biology, microbiology, and bioengineering. Outside the lab, you’ll usually find me leveling up in video games, diving into a good horror movie, pushing myself at the gym, or spending quality time with friends.
