Austin Patterson

Austin is a Researcher in the Joseph J. Warthesen Food Processing Pilot Plant. He brings with him a diverse background of experience, ranging from pharmaceutical testing to craft beer production. Austin is passionate about research and the science of organic products. He holds a B.Sc. Chemistry - Fermentation Sciences degree from Appalachian State University in North Carolina.
