Biography

Research Assistant Professor ,1969 to 1973 , Department of Animal Science and then the Department of Food Science , University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Illinois. Associate Professor 1973 to 1980, Professor 1980 to present at the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, University of Minnesota.
