Thank you for joining us last week for our 2025 New Faculty Showcase! The event was an overwhelming success that featured our six new faculty members whose specialties span a broad range of disciplines within food and nutrition. The event featured networking, research, and social sessions as well as a panel of experts that discussed the future of industry, healthcare, and the training of new professionals.
We were also very fortunate to be joined by CFANS Dean Brian Buhr, UMN President Rebecca Cunningham, and our Keynote Speaker Sean Leighton (Global VP of Safety | Cargill).
