We are excited to share that our Food Process Engineering Professor, Dr. P Kumar Mallikarjunan, has been selected to receive the 2025 Sukup Global Food Security Award from The American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers. Dr. Mallikarjunan is a Fellow and 33-year member of ASABE and is being recognized for his significant work improving food safety, quality, and accessibility, and particularly for his projects impacting foodstuffs in sub-Saharan Africa.
