Bachelor's of Engineering in Food Technology
Priyanshi is a Master's student in Food Science advised by Dr. Kumar Mallikarjunan. She comes with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Food Technology from India in 2021. Her project seeks to evaluate the potential of cold plasma as a decontamination technology for sugar beets. She attributes her decision of pursuing food science to the rich Indian culture of food and hospitality and her innate curiosity about what goes into food products, and their manufacturing. In her leisure time, she likes cooking, dancing, and singing.
