Kat Klammer

Hello!  I have always considered Minnesota to be my home base, even though I have lived in a few different places.  Some places I have called home include Chicago, IL, Land O'Lakes, WI, Cape Cod, and Saratoga Springs, NY.  I have a B.A. in Environmental Science from Skidmore College, and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota CSE.  My academic interests include Food Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, and Environmental Chemistry.  In my free time I enjoy playing with my dog, going camping, playing table top games, and working on my Food Science Masters Thesis.
