Wow, what a show! Our senior Food Science students recently presented their Capstone projects and we sure were impressed! Protein-packed frozen dessert bars, Vietnamese coffee ice cream, golden alfredo pasta, and instant mocktail drink powder all made an appearance. These superlative seniors spent their semester developing and testing these unique food products, from initial ideation to final production. Audience members even got to sample these innovative products, and they were certainly a hit! Congratulations seniors!
