The Plant Protein Innovation Center is excited to announce their 3rd Annual Research Spotlight Meeting. After a long year of canceled and online events, the Plant Protein Innovation Center couldn’t be more excited to welcome guests back to in-person workshops. The Research Spotlight meeting features presentations from several researchers, internal and external to the PPIC researcher cohort. The event also includes an interactive poster session with the opportunity to speak with students and researchers directly and ask questions about their research. There will be a number of networking opportunities to connect with potential collaborators, customers, partners, and fellow plant protein aficionados.
