We are proud to announce that our food science graduate student Radhika Bharathi was selected as a Minnesota Discovery, Research, and InnoVation Economy (#MnDRIVE) Global Food Ventures (GFV) Graduate Student Professional Development Award recipient for the ‘20-’21 academic year! Radhika is an exemplary Master’s student working on optimization of baking and brewing performance of Intermediate wheatgrass, exploring the effect of tempering, a pre-treatment before milling, on the chemical and functional attributes of Intermediate wheatgrass flour.
