The seminar features Dr. Prokopios Magiatis and his seminar entitled Oleocanthal and Olive Oil Phenolics: New Clinical and Experimental Facts for their Protective Role on Human Health. 

FSCN recently received its five-year approval from the Institute of Food Technologists for its undergraduate food science program.

The Introduction to Food Chemistry Short Course will be held March 1-3 on the St. Paul Campus.
