Post-Graduate Culinary Certificate

Offered through St. Paul College’s Culinary Arts Department

Would you like to add a culinary certificate to your major?

This certificate can be completed after graduating with a Food Science or Nutrition degree in one full-time semester or part-time over two semesters.

Select classes from the Food Science or Nutrition major program will count toward the certificate, so participants may only need an additional 11 credits* through the culinary program at St. Paul College. The certificate program can be completed in either the fall or spring semester(s). Approximate cost with uniforms and books is just under $2,000.
