The University of Minnesota Department of Food Science and Nutrition (FSCN) will host its 2015 Advisory Council Spring Showcase on Wednesday, May 13 at the North Star Ballroom located in the St. Paul Student Center. The event is free and open to the community.
The spring showcase provides a unique opportunity for faculty, staff, students, industry professionals and the community to network while learning more about FSCN and its current initiatives.
Event highlights include a keynote speaker, gluten roundtable discussion and a clean labels discussion. Additionally, current students will have poster presentations throughout the day, and tours of the FSCN labs will be available in the afternoon. A complimentary breakfast and boxed lunch will be provided.
