Biography
Abby started as Assistant Director of the Sensory Center in November 2021. She has spent the majority of her career specializing in sensory and consumer insights at Nestlé and Cargill. Abby enjoys working on cross functional teams to assist with product design, sensory attribute manipulation and test planning. In her current role, Abby designs and oversees sensory and consumer testing for internal and external clients.
Abby had a MS in food science from UMN and a BS in civil Engineering from UC-Berkeley.
