Qingqing Mao

Qingqing is a doctoral student studying nutrition metabolomics. Her passion for nutrition science comes from her enthusiasm in food and the influence of food choices on human health. During her master's study, she investigated the influence of intense pulsed light (IPL), a disinfection tool, on powdered foods. After completing the MS program, she went on and completed the dietetic internship and received the Registered Dietitian certificate. Currently she is dedicated to her dessertation proje, examining the metabolic consequences of the consumption of heated oil.
