The annual Henderson Lecture, a joint effort with FSCN and the Department of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biophysics is set for November 8.
The lecture will take place in Jackson Hall 2-137 at 4:00 p.m. It is open to the public and free to attend.
George M. Carman, Ph.D., a Board of Governors Professor & Distinguished Professor in the Department of Food Science at Rutgers University will be the featured speaker.
