picture of award winning cheeses in display case at the state fairCongratulations to Pilot Plant Coordinator Ray Miller, who placed third in the artisan cheese category of the 2018 Minnesota State Fair Butter and Cheese Contest. 

Ray submitted his Basier de Niege with Fenugreek, earning a score of 99.033. 

Pilot Plant Junior Scientist Mitch Maher also entered, placing ninth (98.717) with his garlic pepper gouda.
