Great things are happening in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, and we want you to be a part of it! 

Please join us for the FSCN Department Showcase, hosted by the Department's Advisory Council, on Monday, April 22 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the North Star Ballroom of the St. Paul Student Center. 

The day will include networking opportunities with faculty and students from the Department along with updates from the College and Department. Additionally, we will have Associate Professor Pam Ismail talk about her new Plant Protein Innovation Center housed in the department, and a look at the Hormel Institute and its work, including a talk from researcher Dr. DaQing Yang.
