What do we do?  We have highlighted the areas below in yellow which are addressed by our projects and studies. For example, we are conducting sensory evaluation work, developing whole grain education for various audiences, exploring ways to incorporate whole grain foods into diets of adults and children, and testing ways to measure whole grain intake.
