The Department of Food Science and Nutrition
 

The mission of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition is to conduct research, provide knowledge, and develop skills to improve food and health.

The Department of Food Science and Nutrition is administered by the College of Food, Agricultural, and Natural Resource Sciences which contains the Food Science and Nutrition undergraduates.  Food Science and Nutrition graduate students are in the University of Minnesota Graduate School.
