Dairy Food Products Salesroom is open to the public on Wednesdays from 3-5 p.m.  It is located in Room 166 Andrew Boss Lab of Meat Science (ABLMS), 1354 Eckles Avenue, St. Paul Campus (directions).

Popular items include Nuworld spread, Gouda cheese, Aged cheddar, and ice cream. Ice cream is sold in half gallons and pints; frozen yogurt is sold in quarts and pints.  Availability and prices do vary.  We have the right to limit quantity of product.

Dairy Food Products Salesroom sells items made from production classes or from control lots of student projects for the sole purpose of recouping funds for teaching and student research projects.
