Facilties

We have two testing facilities.  The McNeal Hall facility has 8 testing booths with two adjacent kitchen labs.  One lab has 20 kitchen units; the other has 18 units.  In addition there are classroom and conference rooms in the same suite that can be used for focus groups or larger consumer test sittings. This is a shared teaching and research facility.

Our testing suite in the Food Science and Nutrition building has 8 booths, an adjacent preparation area and is close to two of the building’s pilot plants. This is a research only facility.
