FSCN 4614 - Community Nutrition (CD) (3.0 cr; Prereq-1112; spring, every year) Community-based nutrition issues are explored including nutrition risks associated with different age, sex, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups; community needs assessment; program planning and evaluation, and programs that address the needs and interests of people in different stages of the life cycle, ethnic or cultural backgrounds, and literacy levels.
