To put knowledge to the service of human kind is great work.  Our Department strives to provide knowledge for our changing world.  We undertake this work directly through teaching, research, and outreach.  Your gift will give you the satisfaction of assisting young men and women prepare today for tomorrow's world.

Gifts may be made in a variety of forms, including cash, securities, and real estate, or through planned gifts, such as bequests or life income agreements.  Gifts to the Department are accepted and administered by the University of Minnesota Foundation and are tax-deductible to the full extent of the Internal Revenue Code.  The Department of Food Science and Nutrition receives gifts through the College of Human Ecology and the College of Food, Agriculture and Natural Resource Sciences.  

The Department of Food Science and Nutrition has several areas of emphasis that would benefit from your giving. Search for a fund supporting FScN undergraduate scholarships, FScN graduate scholarships and fellowships, or other departmental efforts.
