Lucille P. Caldecott, B.S. Food and Nutrition 1972, M.S. Food and Nutrition 1977 – retired staff member, Dept. FScN

Joan Gordon, BS in Home Ec 1945, M.S in Home Ec 1947, Ph.D. Home Ec 1953 – former chair of the food division at the college of Home ec, instrumental in guiding the formation of the division to present status as Dept. of FScN

Carol E. (Jentz) Jackson, B.S. Foods in Business 1966 – corporate manager of home economics and consumer food services for Jerry’s Foods, Inc., a 14 store operation

Verna A. Mikesh, B.S. Foods in Business 1940 – retired Extension “master teacher” and recipient of the American Association of Agriculture College Educators Award of Excellence.
